Mr. Kinjal Shah has a degree in BE (Prodn) and Masters in Industrial Engineering enveloped with more than 2 decades of exposure of managing all departments in Precise single headedly and scouting up his initial team. He was a key person involved in setting up the Quality and New Product department in the company with proven track record for continuous process and product improvement at minimal costs.
He has Expertise in implementing strategies at various process stages for better productivity along with excellent quality control of the products. Experienced in supervising engineers, technicians, and shop floor personnel.
He currently looks after the exports division at Precise and is also our chief mentor for new projects. He has avid interest in automobiles and is an active face for the company in global auto exhibitions. Kinjal envisages to set up a local branch in near time for the company in abroad exploring the markets in European and Americas.
Mrs. Ami Shah is a Post Graduate Finance student with initial career innings in India’s leading financial institutions. She has always been fascinated with Operations Management which she took a step forward at Precise Industries. She began her journey in Precise working from across different divisions of production –including planning, dispatch, stores and new product development. She setup the process for FIFO and material identification. To continue to keep her knowledge pods filled, she undertook Rubber technology course from IRMRA, Thane, QMS certification and even attended workshops for rubber innovations spearheaded by industry veterans of AIRIA and IRI.
She currently oversees the operations, finance and client servicing departments in the Company. She is responsible for ISO Standard implementation and improvement. She has been involved in customer price negotiations, banking alliances bring forward her analytical learnings from the financial markets. Ami envisages to start an incubation center under her tutelage focusing on consumer products.
Mr. Amol Shah has always been a people’s person and a relationship manager at work. He is a Post Graduate Finance with core qualifications of an Engineering giving him an advantage of being technical person with an empathetic heart. He has even mastered his skill of teaching others by securing a certification for Training and Development. To secure his technical knowledge, Amol has undergone an intensive learning on rubber material acquainting him to the science of rubber.
At Precise, Amol oversees the employee’s recruitment, on-boarding, training and growth responsibilities. He also alliances for the necessary licenses and compliances with the government officers of the company. Amol is involved new client sourcing for institutional and retail customers bringing his calm and engaging demeanor on the discussion table. He is a backbone for all the social activities conducted at the plant. Amol believes in each one teach one and non-stop learning. Amol envisages to create a huge opportunities in manufacturing for women and provide them safe environment.
